I was working a lot of overtime and wasn't available to talk much about getting my policy set up, but they bent over backwards to help me and made sure everything was taken care of—even on a Sunday night. Not many people are willing to go that extra mile anymore. I'm really glad I found a team that genuinely cares about their customers, and I look forward to being a customer for years to come. "Ray helped me go through things I hadn't even considered along with a large life event- getting married! I was able to receive an underwriting evaluation for a great life insurance policy, renters insurance and I saved hundreds on car insurance for multiple vehicles with bundling. He was comprehensive in the way we were able to discuss all the nitty gritty details and I was able to get coverage in many different areas that made sense; some more in areas that had changed and downgrading others that weren't an asset. I would highly recommend his service. He's friendly and accessible. "I had a great experience with Ray Liu - State Farm Insurance Agent. Lucas was extremely polite, attentive, and professional throughout the entire process. He speaks English, Spanish, and Portuguese, which made everything much easier for me since Portuguese is my native language.
He clearly explained how State Farm works and went over all the available coverage options in detail. We completed the quote together, and I was very happy with the results — I was able to get excellent rates for my auto insurance.
I had been with Progressive for 7 years, and switching to State Farm was one of the best decisions I’ve made. The savings and overall experience were significantly better. I was so satisfied that I also got insurance for my business with them.
I also really like the State Farm app — it’s very user-friendly and much better than the one I used before.

"I was recetnly car insurance shoping because Progerssive Insurance was charging me almost 400.00 a month for two older drivers and older cars. I submitted my information to a comparison website and Doug Querioz with State Farm called me shortly after to which I didn't answer and so we did the entire thing via text and email (which I needed because I was at work) and I successfully got a great price and new car insurance on both cars for my wife and I same day! He was kind and knowledgeable and provided good costumer service. I would reccommend Doug and state farm."
